About BRAPB
Bikers Riding Against Police Brutality (BRAPB) exists to advance social justice within the Minneapolis and surrounding Minnesota communities. While the majority of our riders are allies - we do have bikers that represent all the communities in Minnesota from Native American to African American, from European American to Middle Eastern, and from Asian American to Mexican American/LatinX. Our diversity extends into the machines that we ride, from sport bikes to Harleys and everything in between.
We hope to serve as a model for racial prosperity in the United States. We desire to raise our fists for Minnesota not only with our physical presence, but with our community service.
If you are a local organization looking for extra volunteer help, do not be afraid to reach out to us. We are always willing to lend a helping hand. We do not condone unsafe riding or violence.

Our Projects
BRAPB has a Scholarship Program to fund Rider Safety and Training for underserved communities interested in learning to ride. The scholarships cover the cost of taking the Minnesota Basic Rider Course which upon successful completion allows you to obtain a motorcycle endoresment. Our main focus is to change the narrative of motorcycle culture and the racist stigma associated with the motorcycle community. We wish to support BIPOC, female and LGBTQIA riders.
The median age of motorcyclists in the United States is 50, according to the Motorcycle Industry Council. The percentage of female riders is only 19%, and less than 10% of motorcycles registered in the United States belong to BIPOC owners. Riding a bike frees the spirit. It clears the brain. It puts you “in” and “among” the surrounding scenery and landscape. BRAPB wants everyone to have equal access to 2-wheel therapy. We exist to advance social justice as a whole, including within motorcycle culture.
In addition, BRAPB hosts and partipates in charity rides, motorcycle shows and fundraisers for other community organizations and leaders in the movement.
